A very nice hotel in a very nice district walking distance for all the nice things in Antwerp. This was our third visit to this hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. There are enough places arround where you can eat and drink.

This is a terrific hotel within walking distance of the sights of Antwerp. We stayed here after attending a concert at the Stadsschouwburg Antwerp, which is only a few minutes' walk away down the street. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, the room was large and clean, beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and a window could safely open for fresh air, if needed. The ground floor lounge and bar area had a cosy ambiance, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with plenty of hot and cold choices, including delicious pastries. Arenberg parking garage underneath the hotel was ideal, with relatively wide spaces, chargers for electric cars, and with a discount if staying at the hotel. Note that the Arenberg parking garage entry/exit point is closed for part of the day on Sundays due to being market day. There are several other parking garages nearby. A nice touch was a message from the hotel a few days before our stay that clarified the driving (due to some road closures) and parking situation, etc. Would stay here again.

We just stayed one night in Antwerp for a little family get-away. This hotel offered a good value for a family of three in the suite, with a double bed in the bedroom and a fold out couch bed in the main room, separated by a sliding door. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly; we appreciated the water, coffee and tea station by the entrance. We also brought our dog and they provided food and water bowls and treats. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Would definitely come back again!

The room was very comfortable and big. The staff was really friendly. I've stayed here three of four times now and I'm planning to come back. The location is perfect and there is a Antwerp Velo stand right in front of the hotel.

Firendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious for two adults. I loved that there was a bath tub. The hotel had an old fashion feel to it but with modern facilities. The lobby area was a lovely space to sit and relax. Hotel is very close to shops and restaurants, on the weekend we stayed there was a Saturday market just a few feet from the hotel.

Location was great, price was very good, and the room was fantastic (clean, comfortable and spacious). Breakfast had a variety of warm and cold on offer.

Hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and city centre. Very good breakfast and a nice lounge and bar for pre dinner drinks. Helpful staff. We would stay there again.

Lovely big room with a large comfortable bed. Nice neutral decor. Big bathroom including a full bath. Ideal location - easy to walk to from the main station and easy to access the centre on foot. Friendly staff. Able to leave luggage once checked out.

Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, Room was small but bed v good & price did reflect small size + v good breakfast. I liked the complimentary fruits and bottles of water available on ground floor. My parents stayed at a recently-opened, design- like hotel with a smaller room than mine more than double the price I paid! (They had to stay there due to mobility issues/ needing to be in that area)

We had a wonderful stay – this hotel was everything we needed and went beyond our expectations. From the super friendly and welcoming staff, to the great coffee and the surprisingly spacious and clean room – everything felt just right. Comfortable, convenient, and with a warm atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay again!
